- CAN THE PRICE CHANGE?
The price does not change once a reservation has been confirmed by the transporter. There is no hidden fees.
- I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT TO DO?
Sometimes confirmation emails land in your spam box. Be sure to check your spam box. Or contact us by phone at +221 33 823 75 77 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our consultants will be able to resend you a confirmation email.
- CAN I PAY ONLINE WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?
Yes you can. Note also that all payment are protected by 3D secure technology. All credit card information are submitted directly and only to our bank payment page.
- WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY PRE-PAYMENT?
Once the payment has been recorded, you will receive an email acknowledging your request. Then, your ride request is verified and confirmed by our transporters. Finally, you should expect a confirmation email.
- IF I CANNOT PAY ONLINE, WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
You can make your reservation and/or payment directly with the travel agency BCD Travel. BCD Travel can be reached at +221-33-823-75-77.
- WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF DELAY?
We constantly monitor flight arrivals and departures in order to anticipate on flight delays.
- WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE PICKING UP MY LUGGAGES?
We staff at the airport equiped with badges. They will be able to assist you in case you have difficulty recovering your luggages. This service is complementary to your purchase.
- HOW TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Just contact us by e-mail or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. We will process a full refund in your favor accordingly. Note, however, that a ride cannot be refunded less than 24 hours prior to pickup time.
